Created at the ocean shore, this collaborative piece is comprised of turquoise, beautifully painted beads from Ghana and a sand dollar pendant made by Costa Rican local named Anya.
 
Anya is a jeweler and pottery craftswomen who currently resides in the province of Limon. She discovered this sand dollar at Playa Negra (black beach) of Puerto Viejo, Limon in Costa Rica, and she used her creative magic to transform it to a wearable jewelry piece. 
 
Through the intricate design, careful selection of materials, and symbolic elements, this piece is intended to bring forth the essence and healing energies of the Mother Waters.
